Snake Shyam gets Mother Theresa national award

Bengaluru, June 2:- Snake Shyam (M S Balasubramanya) who has rescued a record number of snakes was awarded with Mother Theresa national award in the field of social services.

The programme was organised by the National Council for the Newspapers Association of India and the Newspapers Association of Karnataka in Bengaluru on Thursday.

Veteran Kannada actress Bharathi Vishnuvardhan and other distinguished guests were present on the occasion.
