Somashekhar warns of action against non-distribution of ration

Mysuru, April 23:- “OTP is not compulsory for distributing ration. If any complaints against non-distribution of ration are made, give them a notice. If such behaviour still continues, cancel the licence of those shops,” said district in-charge minister ST Somashekhar to the officials on Wednesday.

He was speaking to officials at Periyapattana taluk. He instructed the officials to distribute ration to those who have no ration card from the government itself. He said that no one should remain hungry.

He assured of action if the list of farmers whose loans have not been waived off.
