Sri Mayakara Gurukula releases special calendar to mark Ugadi

Mysuru, March 22:- To mark the Ugadi festival, Sri Mayakara Gurukula, a Charitable Trust of Mysuru, released a special calendar. The calendars are given free of cost.

After releasing the calendar, Dr Muguru Madhu Dixith, Founder of the Charitable Trust, who addressed media persons at Mysuru Press Club here on Monday (March 21), opined that the unique calendar includes the principles of Hinduism and its ethos. “It has got all minute things such as the good times, Hindu festivals and other such related issues. The calendar is brought out for the common people and to protect and retain the values of Hinduism and in days to come will also come out with an app. Though for each calendar it cost Rs 38, but for the public we will give it free of cost”

Secretary of the trust and Ghatam player M B Raveendra Kumar, Sigma Hospital Nursing College principal R Manjunath, Purohith Dr Ravikumar Shastri, Nagesh Sharma, Vidwan Rudresh Shastri, Dinesh Shastri, Jain Bokkalli Umesh, Guptha Printer’s proprietor Guptha, OnePoint Solution proprietor Shreekanth and J E Shivakumar, S.Sagar and Sharath Shastri of the trust were present on the occasion.
