Mysuru, May 16:- Staff of Gangotri Public School and PU College on Bogadi Road here, appreciated the efforts of the state government in controlling the spread of coronavirus.
“It is great news that coronavirus cases have come down to zero in the district. The Deputy Commissioner, Superintendent of Police, MCC Commissioner, doctors and nurses, ASHA workers have worked day and night to make this happen,” said the president of the institution, T Rangappa.
“Making the district free from coronavirus is no small achievement. The district had 90 coronavirus cases and was the highest number in the state. Now, the number of cases has come down to zero,” he added.
Administrative officer Kanthi Nayak, principal Sunil Kumar M S, Vijayalakshmi and others were present. (MR/GK)
