National Entrepreneurship Network (NEN) conducted orientation programme to attract interested entrepreneurs to be a part of NEON (NIEIT Entrepreneurship Orientation Network) a part of NEN at NIEIT, recently.
The programme was inaugurated by the principal Prof T Ananthapadmanabha, who in his inaugural address, motivated students to become good entrepreneurs. He exclaimed that whatever may be the level of monetary benefits, venturing into new projects are more important. He also told the students to shape up their careers in a right way accordingly to their wish. He promised to provide all the necessary logistics to bring out bright entrepreneurs from the institution.
Bhumika, Senior Associate NEN, shared her experience as an entrepreneur and how she is helping the budding ventures. She asked students to be more practical and to open up their ideas, small or big.
The programme was organised by NEN faculty facilitators Dr Archana N V and Chandru A S. Nearly 200 enthusiastic students were appraised about entrepreneurship and were educated about the ideation and initiation towards a new venture.
