Supporters celebrate birthday of Minister KS Eshwarappa

Mysuru, June 10:- Supporters of Rural Development Minister K S Eshwarappa observed his birthday in the city on Wednesday.

They offered special prayers to Goddess Chamundeshwari at Chamundi Hills and distributed sweets to the public and offered grass to cattle.

They also planted saplings near Triveni Circle here to mark the occasion.

“Eshwarappa is the leader of backward communities. He worked hard from the grassroots level to build Bharatiya Janata Party in Karnataka. We prayed to Goddess Chamundeshwari to bless him with peace, health and more power,” said former corporator Shivakumar.

“Eshwarappa is our leader. He thinks that if we protect cattle, the nation will be protected. That’s why we distributed grass to cattle and planted saplings,” said president of BJP Backward Communities Morcha Jogi Manju.
