Mysuru, August 29:- The South Western Railway (SWR) has introduced a new special train between Mysuru and Vijayapura ahead of Gowri-Ganesha festival to reduce the passenger crowd in trains.
The train will leave Mysuru on August 30, Friday at 12:30 pm and reach Vijayapura on Saturday at 10:20 am. The train will leave Vijayapura on Monday, September 2 at 6 pm and reach Mysuru on Tuesday at 1:05 pm.
Due to engineering works in Hubballi division of SWR, the Mysuru-Dharwad Express and Bengaluru-Dharwad Express trains may be suspended for sometime. (KS, NGB)
