‘Third Class’ movie to hit screens on Feb 7

Mysuru, January 31:- “Kannada cinema ‘Third Class’ will be released across the state on February 7,” said actress Roopika at a press meet held at Mysuru Press Club on Thursday.

“The movie produced under ‘Hills’ banner has a family story explaining the relationship between a father and daughter. The movie is directed by Ashok Dev and has music by Jessie Gift. Sam Raj did the cinematography. V Nagendra Prasad, Kaviraj and Chetan Bhagat have written the songs. KS Chitra, Anuradha Bhat, Karthik, Shashank Sheshagiri and Chetan have sung the songs. Jagadish, Avinash, Ramesh Bhat, Sangeetha, Maja talkies Pawan, Udaya TV Harish, Nippu Swamy, Divya Rao have acted,” she said.

“The revenue collected in the first show of the movie will be provided for the welfare of orphans and blind children. The film team will provide life insurance worth Rs 1 lakh to 100 cab and auto rickshaw drivers. We have also decided to adopt Karlakoppa village in Badami taluk. We will reconstruct the Government School of the village,” she added. (MR/KS)
