Two inter-state bike thieves arrested by NR Police

Mysuru, July 20:- Narasimha Raja Police have arrested two inter-state bike thieves who were trying to sell two Bajaj Pulsar motocycles at a lower price near Pushpashram junction here on Thursday.

The arrested have been identified as Vishnu T S, 19 and Sharfuddin P M, 19 of Mananthavady, Wayanad District in Kerala.

During the inquiry, they confessed to stealing two-wheelers at various places in Kerala. Police have recovered 7 motorcycles worth Rs 7 lakh from the two including two Bajaj Pulsar NS, 2 KTM Duke and 3 Bajaj Pulsar 220 bikes.

The accused revealed that they were stealing bikes to make fast money to lead a lavish life.

The thieves were arrested by police inspector Ashok Kumar T, sub-inspector Mohan, Ramesh, Manjunath, Mahadev, Krishna, Ramesh and Mahesh. (MR/KS).
