ULB elections: 29 nominations rejected

Mysuru, May 18:- The nominations of several candidates for elections to urban local bodies (ULB) have been rejected.

160 nominations were filed by 119 candidates for 23 wards in K R Nagar. Ten nominations of four candidates have been rejected. 150 nominations of 115 candidates have been approved.

In Nanjangud, 153 nominations were filed for 31 wards. 19 nominations of 11 candidates have been rejected and 134 nominations have been found valid.

All the 73 nominations of 69 candidates for 23 wards in Bannur have been approved. (KS, NGB)
