Mysuru, July 17:- “Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), which had resorted to ‘Operation Kamala’ earlier in the state, has again started the same to weaken the state coalition government,” said former Lok Sabha member R Dhruvanarayan.
He was speaking after discussing with Congress leaders at IB in Nanjangud on Tuesday.
“After the previous ‘Operation Kamala,’ the then chief minister and BJP state president B S Yeddyurappa had to go to jail over corruption charges. Now, BJP is showing its true colours again and they will have to pay for it,” he added.
“If elected MLAs have any problem with the party, it should be solved within the boundaries of the party. It is not right to fly to Mumbai and hide there. It is no more secret that BJP is behind the resignations of the rebel MLAs. The rebel MLAs have insulted the people of the state who voted them,” he added. (MR/KS)
