Mysuru, October 1:- Research scholars of University of Mysore met former chief minister Siddaramaiah on Sunday and explained their grievances. They said that complaints have been registered against the research students for raising voice against the problems.
They felt Siddaramaiah wields enough power to settle the issues at UoM.
They alleged that registrar of UoM, Prof R Rajanna is partial in his approach and is torturing the students. They said that no action was taken despite complaining to the CM’s office and higher education minister.
Siddaramaiah assured the students that he would discuss with Prof Rajanna. (MR/KS).
