Mysuru, April 27:-University of Mysore (UoM) in a circular has notified the revised fee structure for various courses for the academic year 2019-20, the decision was taken at a meeting of fee committee held on April 20.
Pursuant to the approval of the UoM Vice Chancellor and pending ratification of the university Syndicate, the “Fee structure,” with regard to admission, affiliation, examination, registration and issue of other certificates etc., for various courses in the university during the academic year 2019-20 is hereby notified, read the circular.
The details of the fee structure may be notified on the Notice Board of all the Post- Graduate Departments/Institutions/colleges for the information of students and the concerned. The copy of the detailed fee structure is uploaded in the university website www.uni-mysore.ac.in., the circular further reads.
As per the University circular, under scheme A, part 1, the fees prescribed for admission is Rs 200 for the 1st year, nil for second year, reading room fee at Rs 110 for both the years, sports fees of Rs 220, college support Rs 220, extra-curricular activities Rs 180, magazine Rs 140 and identity card fee of Rs 90 for both first and second year courses, totalling to Rs 1160 for first year and Rs 960 for second year.
In part 2, the students have to pay for student welfare fund Rs 60, for NSS Rs 50, Red Cross Rs 60 for both the years totalling to Rs 170.
In part 3, the fees prescribed is Rs 220 as admission fee, registration fee for all courses except BCA and BPED is Rs 1300, and for BCA Rs 2200, for BPED, the fees is Rs 9900 for first year courses.
Special registration fee for add-on courses sponsored by UGC is Rs 1300, and special permission fee in case of self study of languages like French, German, Arabic, Persian, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam etc. Is Rs 1650 for first and second years is Rs 1650.
Additional registration fee for outside Karnataka students is fixed at Rs 11000, for foreign nationals Rs 17600 and for ICCR sponsored foreign nationals the fee is Rs 8800, eligibility criteria fee of for Gadinadu Kannadigas is Rs 270, the fee for Indian candidates with unconventional +2 qualification if Rs 4950, for foreign nationals, application and process fee is Rs 3850, certificate fee Rs 13700, ICCR sponsored foreign nationals the fee is Rs 6850.
Infrastructure related fee is fixed at Rs 3280 for first and second year students. Students development fee of Rs 390 fixed for both the years. Tution fee for courses with practicals/practice is fixed at Rs 2470, without practicals/practise the fee is Rs 1920 and for BA LLB/B Com LLB (five years integrated), BPED the fees fixed at Rs 6000 as per UoM circular.
Under scheme B(UG), tuition fee of Rs 27500 for first year and Rs 25300 second year is fixed for B Sc with Computer Science/Computer practise/Computer Application as optional students. For students of B Sc with BBM(Botany, Biochemistry and Microbiology the fees is Rs 27500 for first year and Rs 22000 for second year.
BA with Computer Practice B Com, BCS, B Sc with optional other than Computer Science, Computer Practise, Computer Application, BBA the fees is Rs 17600 for first year and Rs 16500 for second year.
BA with any optional, Rs 11000 for first year and Rs 9900 for second year, while, B Sc with Micro Biology, Bio-Chemistry and Bio-technology/Chem, Bio-Chem and Bio Technology the fees is Rs 66000 for first year and Rs 60500 for second year.
For CZM the fees is Rs 22000 for both the years. Chemistry, Micro-Chemistry, Micro-Biology, the fees is Rs 24200 for both the years.
BA LLB, B Com LLB under general category the fee is Rs 29700 for first year, Rs 27500 for second year, Indian national with unconventional qualification Rs 39600 for first year, Rs 37500 for second year while the fee for foreign nationals Rs 71500 for first year and Rs 66000 for second year and for BPED the fee is Rs 46200 for first year and Rs 41800 for second year as per UoM circular.
