UoM’s 3 documentaries selected for national film festival

Three films from University of Mysore (UoM) have been selected for the national documentary film festival on nature. The documentaries filmed by the university’s educational mass media research centre have been selected to contest in the national level film festival.

The film festival is scheduled to be held from December 28 to 30 at National Institute of Technical Teacher training and Research centre, Chandigarh.

The environmental science department’s ‘Digital beauty- a cause for concern’, ‘Gurukak- the green man’ and development department’s ‘Hejje- technology meets Bandipur wildlife’, are the documentary movies selected for the film festival.

The film festival is being organised by Dhansahay Ayog and Consortium for Educational Communication.
