This time, visitors will have an option to buy online tickets for Dasara exhibition which are available on Karnataka Exhbition Authority’s official website www.keaonline.in and also on the KEA app.
KEA has also introduced e-ticketing this year with Nexshore Technologies Pvt. Ltd. providing the service. The company has also provided e-ticketing service to the Mysuru Zoo.
The ticket price for Dasara exhibition has been decided to be kept unchanged by the KEA, at Rs 20 for adults and Rs 10 for children and differently-abled. Though KEA has given away the lease rights over the stalls and amusement park at the grounds to Fun World and Resorts this time, revenue from the entry tickets will remain with the authority.
Plastic ban: Stall owners at the exhibition grounds will not be able to pack their products in plastic covers as KEA has imposed a ban on plastic usage.
10-minute helicopter ride this Dasara
The Dasara festivity authority is all set to include an aerial tour of the city for the tourists visiting Mysuru this October.
A 10-minute helicopter ride is offered to the tourists from the helipad located at the foot of Chamundi Hills near Lalitha Mahal Palace. According to sources, the ride will cost Rs 2,299 for students studying up to 10th standard and the differently-abled while the other visitors will be charged Rs 2,499.
