Want clarity on funds collected for Ram Temple: Badagalapura Nagendra

Prime News, National, Religion, Finance, Mysuru, June 22:- Karnataka Rajya Raitha Sangha (KRRS) president Badagalapura Nagendra has demanded that the funds collected for the construction of the Ram Temple at Ayodhya be made public.

In his press release, he said, “People have donated immensely for the construction of the temple. There are reports that the funds have been misused. The whole issue should be made public by the Ram Mandir Trust.”

He said, “Right from poor to rich man, donations have been pouring in. If some people have misused the funds, they are all traitors. The Ram Mandir Trust has a huge task in front of it.”

Turning his attention to Cauvery water, Nagendra said, “The Border and Water Protection Committee has written a letter to the state government on the extra Cauvery water flowing to Tamil Nadu. The issue should be considered seriously. If we can utilise the extra water for irrigation purposes, which is possible legally, there is nothing wrong with that.” (MR/KS)
