Mysuru, January 28:- Chief Minister BS Yediyurappa inaugurated the Raja gopura (tower) of Sapta Matruke Deviramma Temple at Devitandre village in KR Nagar taluk on Monday.
“Veerashaiva Lingayata is for the welfare of Dalits and backward communities. Rambhapuri Mutt is among the ancient Pancha peethas. We have to live for the society than for ourselves. I will present the state budget on March 5. We will introduce various schemes for the farmers. I have come from Davos (Switzerland) World Economic Forum 2020 meet and have plans for the industrial development of the state,” he said.
“Yediyurappa should remain as the chief minister for the remaining term. When he became the chief minister, state received good rains. He has a lot of challenges in front but he has the ability to overcome all the challenges,” said District in-charge Minister V Somanna.
Seer Balehonnur Rambhapuri, DCM Dr Ashwath Narayan, former minister CH Vijayashankar, MLAs Sa Ra Mahesh, Renukacharya and others were present. (MR/KS)
