The exhibition highlights the exceptional craftsmanship and brings together designer-made wedding garments from key fashion designers besides an array of stalls
With the wedding season fast approaching and to-be brides and grooms preparing to tie the knot of destiny or to say those two eternal words – “I do” – Beyond Taalas and Snehal Igoor have come up with a concept of Wedding House exhibition at Wind Chimes Hotel in Nazarabad to cater to the end-to-end needs of a wedding to make it a fairytale affair.
Organised for the first time in Mysuru, the two-day magical exhibition, inaugurated by MLA Vasu and actor Shruti Naidu on Saturday, highlights exceptional craftsmanship and brings together designer-made wedding garments from key fashion designers besides an array of stalls exuding exclusive jewellery designs, end-to-end wedding event management packages, and stalls from convention centres, honeymoon planners, travel agents, beauticians, choreographers, caterers and you name it.
“A dream wedding is something that everyone dreams of. The desires often suffocated because of the huge amount required for it. But, the very idea to organise the Wedding House event is to help people have a fairytale wedding in real life budget,” said the organisers.
One of the jewellery stalls put up by A Shankara Chetty & Sons wears an impressive look with a range of exclusive jewellery for both men and women adorned on the walls. The jeweller also offers a discount of Rs 1,000 on purchase of gold worth Rs 15,000 and claims to have designed unique jewellery for the event.
The event, however, doesn’t disappoint the people planning to attend a wedding as it has an exclusive collection for them too, at discounted rates.
The Wedding House exhibition has more than 40 stalls from wedding planners, wedding halls, clothing stores, wedding jewellery, salons and spas, pooja prapancha, sound and light, gift and accessories, catering etc.
Models and dancers, attired in gorgeous clothing, glittered at the pre-Wedding House event and mesmerised the audience with their catwalks and dancing moves at a private hotel in the city on Friday. Celebrated actor Sudha Rani stole the show the moment she hit the ramp, while the choreographer in reality shows Cornel Octavia Rodrigues and Salsa queen Sneha Kapoor set the stage afire with their performances.
