Why is Pratap Simha contesting again? asks MJ Suresh Gowda

Mysuru, April 9:- “MP Pratap Simha had promised that he would not contest the elections again if he doesn’t get the train connection to Kodagu district. But why is he contesting again without fulfilling his promises,” asked independent candidate from Mysuru-Kodagu Lok Sabha Constituency, M J Suresh Gowda.

“He has not done any developmental works in the constituency. Though he is young and aware of the unemployment problem, he has taken no action to solve it,” he said.

“Coalition candidate C H Vijayashankar is an opportunist. For him, power is more important than serving the public. He is jumping from one party to another. For Siddaramaiah, caste is what matters more than those who have worked for the party,” he added.

His supporters Hootagalli Nanjundaswamy, Jayaraj Hegde, Biligiri Basavaraj and others were present. (MR/KMR)
