Mysuru, May 21:- District Brahmana Yuva Vedike members organised a postcard campaign to demand someone from the Brahmin community be made Deputy Chief Minister of Karnataka. The campaign was organised in front of Mysuru City Corporation (MCC).
“Both Congress and Janata Dal (Secular) are sharing equal power in the coalition government. DCM post should be given to a deserving member from Brahmin community. Then there will be development without corruption,” said president of the organisataion, H N Sridhar Murthy here on Monday.
Vikram Iyengar, Ajay Shastry, Kiran, S N Veena, Jayasimha, Vinay Kanagal, Kadakola Jagadish, Ranganath, Subba Rao, and others were present. (MR/KS).
