Will request President to oust Yediyurappa government: Siddaramaiah

Mysuru, November 9:- “A delegation of the Congress is going to meet President Ram Nath Kovind to request him to suspend the state Bharatiya Janata Party government led by BS Yediyurappa,” said former chief minister Siddaramaiah.

He was speaking to media persons in the city on Friday.

“Everyone knows the audiotape of Yediyurappa that went viral. Once the President of India gives his appointment, we will meet him and submit the request. Home Minister Amit Shah doesn’t have any ethical right to continue as the Union Home Minister. Amit Shah himself looked after 17 rebel MLAs in Mumbai. Yediyurappa confessed that Amit Shah was behind it. This government which is against the idea of the Constitution of India has no right to continue,” Siddaramaiah said. (MR/KS)
