Mysuru, July 28:-Karnataka has provided opportunities to women in the industrial field and has set a model for others to emulate,” said additional chief secretary to the government of Karnataka, K Rathnaprabha on Thursday.
She was speaking after inaugurating a workshop on business encouragement for women at a private hotel.
“The state government has provided lot of opportunities for women to excel in the industrial field. Women from other states and foreign countries come to Karnataka to learn from our industrial policy,” she added.
Various achievers were felicitated on the occasion.
