Yoga helps to control anger: GT Devegowda

Mysuru, February 3:- “Yogasana is very important in the health and well-being of human beings. It helps in controlling anger and reduces laziness,” said MLA GT Devegowda. He was speaking at Surya Namaskar event held at Bogadi second stage park by Patanjali Yoga Shikshana Samsthe on Sunday.

“If we practise yoga every day, we can be healthy and look after everyone with affection. If we practise yoga, we can stay away from hospitals. When I was the higher education minister, I had made plans to introduce yoga education in universities,” he said. (MR\KS).
