Mysuru, June 21:- “We suffer various health related problems. Blood pressure, heart diseases, stress have become common to all. To overcome these problems, we should do yoga regularly,” said Nanjanagud tahsildar M Dayananda.
He was speaking after inaugurating yoga day Srikanteshwara auditorium at Nanjanagud.
Yoga instructor Meghana, taluk panchayat EO Revanna, Madhu Subbanna, Vedavathi, Shivanna, C M Mahadevu, and others were present. (KS)
